Resume Ready provides tools to upload resumes, extract text, and generate resume-related insights such as ATS scoring, keyword analysis, and formatting recommendations. Some features may require an account or a paid subscription.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, except where prohibited by law.

3. User Content (Resumes and Inputs)

You may upload resumes and other information (“User Content”) to use the Service.

• You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide your User Content.
• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, violates privacy rights, or contains malware.
• Do not upload highly sensitive information you do not want processed.

4. AI-Generated Output

The Service may generate suggestions and analyses using automated systems. Output is provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before using it. Resume Ready does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Some features require payment (“Premium”). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Subscription access, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds depend on the selected plan and the applicable payment provider’s terms.

6. Usage Limits and Abuse Prevention

We may enforce limits such as rate limiting, quotas, or feature restrictions to protect the Service. Attempts to bypass these controls are prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse or interfere with the Service.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service at scale.
• Do not use the Service for spam or abusive behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its branding are owned by Resume Ready. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the permissions required to operate the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Ready will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent changes.
