Information We Collect

Account Information

If you create an account or sign in, we process identifiers needed to authenticate you (such as your email address) and account metadata such as subscription status and plan details.

Resume Content

When you upload a resume, we collect the file itself and derived data such as extracted text, ATS scores, strengths, warnings, and keyword insights.

Please do not upload sensitive information you do not want processed, such as government IDs, highly sensitive medical data, or passwords.

Payment Information

If you purchase Premium features, payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We retain limited records such as order identifiers, plan selection, and payment status.

Usage, Device, and Log Data

We collect technical data such as IP address, timestamps, and request metadata to operate the Service, improve reliability, and prevent abuse (for example, rate limiting).
